These Terms of Use apply to the use of the WODOTO mobile app and the functions, content, and services provided through it.<\/p>

These Terms of Use apply to all users of the app.<\/p>

Any deviating or supplementary terms and conditions of individual users shall apply only if WODOTO has expressly agreed to them.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

2. Purpose of the App<\/h2>\n

WODOTO is an app for the digital management and organization of work-related information, particularly in the fields of working at heights, rope access, industrial climbing, and related activities.<\/p>\n\n

The specific range of functions may vary depending on the app version, platform, operating system, user role, subscription plan, availability, and technical development.<\/p>\n\n

WODOTO provides a technical platform. WODOTO does not undertake to ensure the conclusion of specific contracts, the arrangement of specific assignments, a particular number of contacts, the accuracy of user information, or the success of an application, inquiry, or collaboration.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

3. Relationship with App Stores<\/h2>\n

The download, installation, updating, and, where applicable, payment processing of the app take place through the respective app store, in particular the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.<\/p>\n\n

The terms and conditions of the respective store operator also apply to downloading, using the respective store, in-app purchases, subscriptions, refunds, and payment processing.<\/p>\n\n

To the extent that these Terms of Use deviate from mandatory terms and conditions of the respective store operator, the mandatory provisions of the store operator shall remain unaffected.<\/p>\n\n

WODOTO is not the operator of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and does not have full control over their technical, contractual, or payment-related processes.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

4. Registration and Conclusion of the Contract<\/h2>\n

Creating a user account is required to use essential functions. The user enters the required registration details and accepts these Terms of Use. Upon completion of the registration, a usage contract is concluded between the user and WODOTO.<\/p>\n\n

WODOTO may make the use of individual functions dependent on email verification, profile completion, role verification, approval, consent from legal representatives, or other technical or organizational requirements.<\/p>\n\n

There is no entitlement to registration, activation, retention of specific functions, or admission to specific user groups, unless otherwise required by law.<\/p>\n\n

If WODOTO offers paid functions, in-app purchases, subscriptions, or other paid digital services, the user will be informed, before completing the purchase, about the essential characteristics of the service, the price, the term, any automatic renewals, cancellation options, and other material contractual terms.<\/p>\n\n

A contract for paid content or functions is concluded only when the user completes the respective paid ordering process and the purchase is confirmed by the respective app store, in particular the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment processing takes place through the respective app store. The terms and conditions of the respective store operator also apply.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

5. Underage Users and Conclusion of the Contract<\/h2>\n

Minors may use WODOTO and become contracting parties to the extent permitted under applicable legal provisions.<\/p>\n

Minors who have not yet reached the age of seven may not register their own user account or independently become contracting parties to WODOTO. Minors who have reached the age of seven have limited legal capacity. Where the consent of legal representatives is required for registration, use of paid functions, publication of profile information, contacting other users, participation in the job board, sharing of certificates, or other legally significant actions, such consent must be obtained in advance.<\/p>\n

By registering or using the app, the minor user confirms that any required consent from their legal representatives has been obtained or that the respective use is legally permitted without such consent.<\/p>\n

WODOTO may make the use of individual functions dependent on proof of age, confirmation or consent from legal representatives, or additional verification procedures. This applies in particular to paid functions, public profile visibility, sharing of certificates, job board functions, contact functions, and functions through which personal data, contact details, or documents are made visible to other users.<\/p>\n

Legal representatives are responsible for supervising the use of the app by minor users and ensuring that information, documents, certificates, contact details, sharing permissions, and job board activities are lawful and accurate.<\/p>\n

Minors may use paid functions, in-app purchases, or subscriptions only if they are authorized to do so, in particular if any required consent from their legal representatives has been obtained or if the service is paid for using funds provided to them for this purpose or for their unrestricted use. The terms and conditions of the respective app store also apply.<\/p>\n

WODOTO may restrict functions for minor users or provide additional protective measures, particularly with regard to public visibility, contacting other users, the job board, telephone numbers, email contact, sharing of certificates, or promotional content.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

6. User Groups and Requirements for Use<\/h2>\n

The app is intended in particular for individuals and companies operating in the fields of working at heights, rope access, industrial climbing, project work, personnel placement, assignment planning, or related areas.<\/p>\n

Where app functions involve professional, commercial, or safety-related information, the user is obliged to provide truthful, up-to-date, and complete information. This applies in particular to qualifications, certificates, rope access levels, references, availability, professional experience, and contact details.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

7. User Account and Login Credentials<\/h2>\n

The user is obliged to keep their login credentials confidential and protect them against access by third parties. The user account may not be transferred to third parties or made available for use by third parties without the consent of WODOTO.<\/p>\n

The user is obliged to inform WODOTO without undue delay if there are indications that their user account has been misused or that their login credentials have become known to unauthorized third parties.<\/p>\n

WODOTO is entitled to implement technical and organizational measures to protect user accounts against misuse. These include, in particular, email verification, security checks, temporary suspensions, password resets, or restrictions on individual functions.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

8. User Obligations<\/h2>\n

The user undertakes to use the app only in accordance with applicable law, these Terms of Use, and the intended app functions.<\/p>\n
